1. What types of personal data are collected?

Every visitor can choose to visit the website without providing any Personal Information. When you decide to contact use through the contact form on our website, we request you to provide personal information about yourself. Furthermore we collect Navigational Information.

Personal information refers to information which is provided voluntarily, such as when our visitors request information, purchase or enroll for services, provide resume information for employment opportunities, or send us e-mail.

Navigational information is considered part of Personal Information when this information can directly or indirectly identify you as an individual. Navigational information holds information about your computer and your visits to the website, such as your GEO location, type of browser, length of visit, mobile network provider and the pages you viewed. iRISEmedia uses Google Analytics to collect navigational information. It is against the Google Analytics Terms of Service to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).  Therefore we cannot match the information obtained through Google Analytics with a certain individual.

To collect the Navigational Information we use third party cookies from Google. A cookie is a small string of characters that is sent to your device when you visit the iRISEmedia website. This cookie allows the website to recognize your browser when you visit the website again.

 

2. What’s the purpose of collecting this information?

We use your Personal Information provided through the contact form to respond to visitor’s requests. The marketing team will look into the information provided to determine which services will suit best to solve your issue.

We use Navigational Information to improve the iRISEmedia website. We do this in order to provide the best user experience possible for the visitors of the iRISEmedia website.

The iRISEmedia website is equipped with social media features such as a link to our Facebook page and other social media channels. These features are able to collect your IP address and the pages you are visiting on the iRISEmedia website. They may also set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. 4. How long your information is stored

The Personal Information obtained through the contact form will be stored up to two years.

The Navigational Information will not be stored by iRISEmedia itself but on the Google Analytics servers. We can access navigational information over a time span of one month.

All personal identifiable information is being stored on servers with sufficient security measures. The servers are located in a controlled and secure environment without access for unauthorized people.

6. What to do if you want to review correct or remove your personal information?

You have the right to request access to your personal information, to ask for corrections and updates to your personal information and to ask for us to delete your personal information. On top of that you have the legal right to raise an objection to our collection and use of your personal information.
