Don’t Rush your Back Linking
Back linking is another crucial element of the SEO process. At iRISEmedia we strongly believe in not rushing the back linking process. We’ve all heard the expression; it’s not the quantity, it’s the quality that counts. When it comes to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) back linking is no different. Just like the article states it wouldn’t be a wise idea for an SEO company to speed up the back linking process for a client. The worst case scenario would be a website being blacklisted by Google for using link farms etc. This simply leads to a lose/lose situation for everyone. The best method for effective (and safe) back linking is to take the time to manually find reputable blogs, forums and websites (the higher their Google Page Rank the better) that are relevant to your own. They should be contacted directly to obtain a back link or a comment with proper anchor tags can be left which also garners a back link.
A proper strategic plan regarding back linking for an SEO company in Toronto would be to diversify. As mentioned, back linking to forums, article directories, blogs and web directories would be the most effective way to gain internet presence slowly and effectively.
The ideal in back linking is to back link to sites with a high page rank as well as the site is relevant to your industry and please be cautious and stay away from anything that suggests “for adults only”. Google does not look favourably at back links from adult websites.
The internet is in a world of its own. If someone wanted to take a URL and back link all over the web they could, a business can’t control that. The only control a business has is what is linked from their own site to external sites. At iRISEmedia we suggest you check this once every few days to cover your backend as well as see the growth of your company rise in search engine rankings!
